Breaking Down Complete Log Home Prices

price of turnkey log home

We build a wide range of log cabin homes that fit into different tiers, with different average price points. The biggest factors that determine complete log home prices are the size of the house and the additional amenities. Here are our average prices right here:

Entry Level Log Homes: $225,000 to $280,000
  • 2 Bedrooms
  • 2 Baths
  • Less than 1,500 Sq. Ft.
  • Small Loft Included
  • Outdoor Space Included
  • Limited Extras

With a complete log home price that is equivalent to — or slightly less than — an average suburban home, this tier makes log homes very accessible. While the size is limited to two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the space is still big enough to share over a weekend getaway. In addition, our models in this price range come with lofts and modest porches. While you could live there year-round, this size of log home is one of our most popular for a weekend cabin or downsizing for the empty nester.

Mid-Level Log Homes: $325,000 to $395,000
  • 2 or 3 Bedrooms
  • 2.5 Bathrooms
  • Between 1,700 and 2,000 Sq. Ft.
  • Full Loft Included
  • Outdoor Space Included
  • More Options for the Log Home Style

The majority of our log home models fit into this turnkey price tier — and this is also one of the most popular tiers as well. Homes in this price range will be larger and more easily shared with large families, thanks to the extra bathroom and bedroom. In addition, the outdoor spaces and the loft will be larger. With this size log home, you’ll have more options for choosing whether you like a more modern or rustic exterior appearance, too.

Top-Level Log Home: $395,000 to $455,000
  • 3 Bedrooms
  • 2.5 Bathrooms
  • Between 2,200 and 2,400 Sq. Ft.
  • Full Loft Included
  • 1 or 2 Outdoor Spaces Included
  • Main Rooms Tend to Be Larger

Homes in this tier make exceptional vacation properties or equally great year-round homes. The extra space at this level is primarily seen in a more spacious great room and larger bedrooms. In addition, you can expect to have bigger and more complex outdoor living spaces, featuring deck, patio, and screen room combos. Even though this house comes loaded with luxury, the complete log home price isn’t that much different from an equally sized suburban home.

Log Home Mansions: $500,000+
  • 3+ Bedrooms
  • 3+ Bathrooms
  • 3,000+ Sq. Ft.
  • Full Loft Included
  • 1 or 2 Outdoor Spaces Included
  • Ample Extras

These enormous log homes represent a wide range of our biggest, most fully decked-out homes. Firstly, the interior will be large enough to accommodate multiple families sharing the space comfortably. In addition to that, our sprawling log home mansions often come with extra rooms like offices and sitting rooms that other models just don’t have. Not only will the space be large, but you can expect the highest level of luxury, from the bathroom to the kitchen and more!

Log Home Kit Downsides

When talking about turnkey or complete log home prices, we’re referring to the bottom line cost you’ll pay for us to build your home. This includes all materials and all labor for the interior and exterior. This is an important distinction as some log home kit companies advertise the price of their kits — or the material ONLY — which leaves you to find one or more contractors to build it for you. Not only is getting a turnkey service more convenient, but you’ll know exactly what you’ll be paying with our turnkey log home prices.
