To Bruce, Todd and Tim, Thank you for providing such a quality group of men (including sub contractors) who built our wrap around porch, large windows, skylights; staining logs, new roof, soffits, rain gutters, etc. All crews arrived early, ready to work. No wasted time, everyone worked well together. Jared kept us informed of the days work and of any changes or decisions we requested. All the dads should be especially proud of their sons, Jared, Adam, and Kyle. They were polite, knowledgeable, and skilled. I had a deck on the back of my house that was in need of replacement. Gingrich did an amazing job of giving me the patio of my dreams! We have a roof over a portion of the outdoor space along with a gas fireplace and a wonderful outdoor kitchen area. The work performed was meticulous and the crew is extremely professional. I would highly recommend them and would use them again without question!

Originally contracted another Log Restoration Specialist company to repair significant log/structure rot after we removed a deck from our house. The project quickly got out of control and we had to bring in Gingrich Builders. Gingrich Builders quickly addressed all the issues and got our log house back on solid ground and looking beautiful once again. Gingrich knows their "Log" stuff and lesson learned. We should have contracted Gingrich in the first place! Highly recommend them!

We had the outside of our log home washed, sanded and re-stained with a different color. The project turned into a bigger one than was originally expected, but everything turned out great. These folks are fantastic to deal with.

The best builders I could ever hope to find. Bruce, Todd and Tim were great to work with. Bruce got everything mostly in budget in these trying times. Todd could not have been a better supervisor always answering questions and making some great suggestions which we loved. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.
